Massimo di Filippo

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Salerno.

Since 1990 he’s in the world of business consulting, training, business development, and corporate and territorial marketing. He has worked for companies, consulting firms, universities, public administration, and training institutions.

CEO of IPR-branded consulting firms, he oversees both the organization of the company and the coordination of services contracted by clients.

Extensive experience on local development issues and funded training.

He promoted the establishment of a number of non-profit collective entities active on the theme of development and work.

Innovation manager registered with the Ministry of Economic Development.

He is a Professor of “Managerial Skills and Leadership” at the University of Salerno.

Antonia Autori

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science in 1983 from the University of Salerno, she’s had experience in Italtel, IBM Italy then landed at the family business (Michele  Autuori  srl),  a  maritime agency of which she has been managing director since 1996.

Since 2015, she has been president of the Fondazione Comunità Salernitana, of which she was a board member since 2009.

Member of the National Council of Assifero, the Italian Association of Philanthropic Foundations and Entities.

She has served as president of the Salerno Maritime Station Company, and is currently its board member; she is also probo viro of Confindustria Salerno, and board member of the Salerno Chamber of Commerce.

She has served as president of the association of historic family businesses I Centenari, she is president of the Stella Maris Association of Salerno, and a member of the welfare committee of the Port of Salerno, and a board member of the national federation of Stella Maris. Furthermore, she is a member of the Propeller Club Port of Salerno, WISTA, an international association of women involved in shipping in various capacities, and the Marisa Belisario Foundation.

Giovanni Lattanzi

After his degree at Università La Sapienza in Rome, Giovanni Lattanzi has worked in many no profit organization and is currently working for the Italian Senate, in a commission dealing with public funds.

Tommaso Nannicini

Tommaso Nannicini is a professor of Political Economy at the European University Institute. His work has been published in leading international journals in economics and political science, and he has also taught at Harvard University and Carlos III University in Madrid.

He was a Senator of the Republic until 2022 and the Chairman of the Parliamentary Commission for the Control of the Activity of the Institutions Managing Mandatory Forms  of  Social Security and Social Assistance.

In 2016, he served as an undersecretary to the Prime Minister’s Office, coordinating public policies in economic, social and scientific research.

Lelio Borgherese

An entrepreneur, he founded the Activa Group in 2002, a company that now employs more than 4,500 people and consists of several companies specializing in the areas of CRM/BPO and IT. Since 2019, he has been president of Assocontact.

In 1997, he received a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and a master’s degree in innovation management from the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna in Pisa in 1998.

He is the former president and board member of AMMISA, the master’s alumni association. Since 2019, he is the Editor of “Radio Activa.”

Maria Teresa Cuomo

She is the professor of Innovation Management at the University of Salerno. Former lecturer at the Business Schools of Hull University (UK) and the University of Milano Bicocca, professor at Middlesex University in London; she is director of the scientific journal ” Business Experiences “.

She has published more than 120 scientific articles in prestigious international journals on: environmental awareness, sustainable development, digital transformation, and branding.   currently director of the Scuola dì Alta Formazione (Saf) Odcec Campania.

She actively conducts research, consulting and training on performance, investment planning and evaluation, and market research.

Rossella Cappetta

Professor at Bocconi University, since 2006 she has been a member of the committee of SDA Bocconi Business School, where she is currently the Associate Dean for management training programs. She conducts research and professional activities with companies on the topics of organizational and work design, and public and private training systems.

Maurizio Del Conte

Professor of labor law at Bocconi University, he was a legal adviser to the Council Presidency dealing with employment market reforms and active policies, like the law on agile work and self-employment. First president of the National Agency for Active Labor Policies – ANPAL, he is currently president of the Metropolitan Agency for Training, Orientation and Employment – AFOL MET.

Agostino Di Maio

Since 2007, Agostino Di Maio has been General Director of Assolavoro, the National Association of Employment Agencies. He is the author of several publications, including “Twenty Years and a Day of Labor Reforms” (Rubbettino, 2016). He serves on the Board of Directors of Forma.Temp and is a member of the Executive Committee of the World Employment Confederation (WEC) – Europe.

Michele Faioli

Associate Professor of Labor Law at the Catholic University. He has also worked at ILR Cornell University and Fordham Law School. He directed Eurofound’s Italian Observatory  (2014-2018) and is an expert advisor to CNEL, where he also works on blockchain and related social applications. Prof. Faioli coordinates the European School of Industrial Relations (SERI).

He is an author (“Mansions and the Intelligent Machine,” Turin, 2018; “Il lavoro prestato irregolarmente,” Milan, 2008), writing especially on collective bargaining, labor and technology, social security, and labor and international trade.

Emanuela Mastropietro

Development economist and over the decades she has worked on poverty alleviation, urban development, migration, labor and gender issues. She has worked on international programs promoted by Development Agencies and Banks (The World Bank, UNDP, HABITAT) and the European Commission.

For more than 10 years, she has been national coordinator at ANPAL Services and has been involved in defining and managing labor policy measures with a focus on women and youth.
